The AIA Vitality Nutrition Assessment helps you assess your eating habits and gives you suggestions to improve your diet and lifestyle for a fitter and healthier life.
You will also earn 1,000 AIA Vitality points per membership year after completing an eligible consultation.

Present your AIA Vitality Membership Card/eCard to enjoy AIA Vitality rates at the partner clinic upon registration.

Submit your receipt via email at submissions@aiavitality.com.sg together with the following details to earn AIA Vitality points!
- Full name
- AIA Vitality membership number
- Date of nutrition assessment submitted
AIA Vitality points are awarded based on assessment date and you need to submit your receipt within three (3) months of assessment date in order to earn AIA Vitality points.
Need to know
- There is no limit on the number of nutrition assessments you can do in a year, but you will only be awarded a maximum of 1,000 AIA Vitality points once a year.
- AIA Vitality points will take up to seven (7) working days to reflect on your points statement after submission of your report or receipt.

A live stream cooking class with our Nutritionist. Get personal attention and learn about fuss-free cooking, how to decode labels and alternative ingredients to your everyday dining.
Select your preferred dishes from our monthly menu and pick a webcook session date. Soon, a pre-prepared ingredient kit will be delivered to your doorstep. Volia, we are ready!
What will I get?
S$85 per session which includes an:
1. online cooking instruction session (60mins) and
2. ingredients for two (2) persons.
To note: There will be an additional of S$15 delivery fee charged per address for the ingredients (maximum of 4 delivery addresses per session)
